Nashville Hot Chicken Deviled Eggs
Cayenne-forward Nashville hot paste in the filling, topped with a spicy chicken skin shard and dill pickle chip.

Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 12 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Nashville hot paste (cayenne, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic, butter)
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt to taste
- Skin from 4 chicken thighs, roasted crispy then brushed with Nashville hot paste
- Dill pickle chips for garnish
Instructions
- Roast chicken skins flat at 400°F until shatteringly crispy. While warm, brush with Nashville hot paste. Break into shards.
- Nashville hot paste: 2 tbsp cayenne + 1 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tsp smoked paprika + 1 tsp garlic powder + 2 tbsp melted butter.
- Mash yolks smooth. Beat in mayo, hot paste, hot sauce, and salt.
- Pipe. Top with Nashville hot skin shard and a dill pickle chip.
Tips
- Nashville hot is about cayenne heat — it should be genuinely spicy.
- Pickle slices on top are non-negotiable — they cut the heat perfectly.
