Ranch Deviled Eggs
A filling that tastes like great homemade ranch dressing, topped with a buttery ranch cracker crumble.

Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 12 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely sliced
- ½ teaspoon each: garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- Salt and white pepper
- 1 sleeve ranch-flavored crackers or oyster crackers, roughly crushed
Instructions
- Make cracker crumble: crush crackers into rough uneven pieces. Toss with melted butter and dried dill.
- Mash yolks smooth. Beat in cream cheese, mayo, buttermilk, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pipe into whites. Top with ranch cracker crumble, fresh dill, and chives.
Tips
- Buttermilk is the soul of ranch dressing — do not substitute.
- Fresh dill AND dried dill gives you brightness and depth simultaneously.
- Oyster crackers toasted in butter and ranch seasoning make an equally great crumble.
